Just received this costume for my 2 year old (28 pound) daughter. The costume has blue velvet top with yellow sparkly and fluffy bottom and is much cuter than the picture shows. I also got the little snow white jelly shoes to match and it looks soo cute! But, the dress is a little too small for my daughter mostly in the arms from the elastic. She had a red band around her arm after just 30 minutes of wear, other than that it fit pretty good. Expected this to be a bit bigger since it says Toddler 2-4 years (from Rubies). But the actual package says Toddler USA 2-4 years and then below says for 1-2 years old, which is confusing. If you are considering this, I would get it for the 1-2 year olds and not 2 and up.

I was very impressed with this dress. We ordered two dress up dresses for our daughter's 6th birthday. This was the cheaper one but the quality is superior to the Cinderella dress that we bought from another vendor.

The size does run pretty big, this is definitely NOT a small. Our daughter wears size 5/6 clothes moving into 6/6X and this is big on her. The dress is wide and I'll need to take it in to make it fit without falling off her shoulders. The length is perfect and reaches just above the floor, longer than shown in the photo. I don't need to worry about her growing out of this for a long time.

The dress includes the cape and white collar (which can't be seen very well in the photo on the website). Front of the skirt is all sequined, the back is plain yellow. Lots of tulle on the skirt at the so doesn't really need an extra slip to keep it out like some other dresses do.

A huge hit with my daughter and great value.

I was pleasantly surprised when this costume arrived. The materials look luxurious (velvet, tulle, satin). The stitching is well done and there is a lot of detailing (puffy sleeves with embroidery, several layers on dress, detachable cape).

I found it ran bigger than I'm used to with costumes. I usually have to order up one or two sizes for my kids (especially if I plan on having them wear long sleeved shirts underneath). Costumes always seem to run very small. This one ran a little big in my opinion. I ordered the 4-6 for my daughter who normally wears a 4 and had to take in the sides and shorten it quite a bit. The fabric is pretty stretchy and I'm sure I could have gotten away with the smaller size.

The detachable cape sits on velcro patches on the back. After a while it falls backwards. It's not the best design but it doesn't take away from the front of the dress which looks like one of the more expensive versions of this costume.

We ordered this for Halloween. The whole family was doing a Star-Wars theme. We ordered the Infant size for our 9 month old who is 24lbs and in the 95% for height as well (big) and it fit very well. It was cold, so the hood was fine once he was distracted. Otherwise, the hood was a little unreasonable for a child around 1 year. He did get good at pulling it off, but we could distract him long enough to get some good photos! If I had more time I may have made it more of a hood with a wider face hole (just an FYI). The body suit was fine- like a full pant and full sleeved onesie.
Overall, it was pretty cute for the price and we had fun with it.

Bought this for my 2 yr old daughter, so the family could go Trick or Treating in style. Huge Star Wars fan. Costume is easy to get in and out of. Also body area is big enough to wear over regular clothes to keep kids warm. Head piece is cheap but oh well she took it off at the party anyway. Overall great and can use it as a Bear suit for playtime.

This item is mis-represented and in my opinion falsely advertised, or they didn't send everything. It's advertised as foam 'filled', but I have yet to find it and the box is empty. It is so flimsy, I'm not sure how the head will stay up/ inflated. There was no foam filling included in the shipment. Stay clear away from this one. It looks great on line, but disappointing when you get it first hand.

Depending on their cost you could get those little pumpkins, the baby ones, and have a pumpkin decorating time during the party. There are lots of cool things to do to pumpkins nowadays instead of carving them. Like wrapping them w/ribbon or painting circles on them via some type of stencil. I’m not sure how much 4-5 yr old can do w/paint w/o it being too much though.

Ghosts are another thing to make. Need a white sheet (thrift store), something for round head, rope or big rubber bands to go around it as a neck. Assemble.

A Toy Story party is fun. All sorts of ideas just from the movie and characters. Have fun!

You know when you fold a piece of paper in half and make a snowflake? You can do the same thing to make a spider. Then the art can also be decorations. I did that back in the day.
