12 years and up costumes question by Sandy: Do you think it’s good idea to dress up in this costume for Halloween?
I’m going to be taking my little sister who is 12 years old and her friends to go trick or treating because our moms didn’t want them going alone. So I’ve agreed to escort them to go trick or treating and 2 of my friends are coming along too and i have picked out this outfit. It is an cute nurse outfit i picked out from my local party city store and i got the costumes and the same looking shoes for the outfit. Do you think it’s a good idea to dress up in this costume while escorting my little sister to go trick or treating ? I personally think this outfit is cute and it looks better than last year’s outfit. Do you think it’s a good idea to dress up in this outfit ? My little sister looks up to me so I don’t want to give her a bad idea or intention and i am 17 years old.

No it looks slutty and not appropriate if you’re going to be with young girls. You’re only 17 yourself– why are you wanting to dress like a tramp?

I bought these to be part of a Jedi Training Academy for my son’s 5th Birthday party. As soon as I passed them out, the kids only wanted to do the Jedi Training, and none of the other activities I planned (which was fine). They had a lot of fun imagining they were fighting “bad guys” and going through the obstacle course I laid out for them.

This is a GREAT party toy, not at all educational, but lots of fun.

I bought 10 of these light sabers to use for a wedding. My future BIL is in the Marine Corps but didn’t have enough rank or friends to get the “guard” to do the swords announcing their marriage.

Since both he and my sister are Star Wars fans we used these instead. The lit up well and the added bonus was that the children at the wedding could use them later.

All the guests thought it was great idea!

I would definitely recommend these for a party.

I put these in a party favor bag for my son’s 5th birthday party. The kids loved them. My son still has his and plays with it constantly. It has held up to some very hard fought battles. I would recommend this item for any Star Wars fan. I couldn’t give high marks for educational value, because there isn’t any, except maybe learning to listen to mom and dad when being told enough is enough :) .
